Haiku

Mask

You're an illusion
Hiding in that silly mask.
You're fake and two-faced.

True Home

Mama, I'll go home soon,
To your sanctuary of trees, birds, flowers all bloom.
I'd love to cuddle in your bedrest
My true home, my nest.

But the path I followed lead me astray.
A scenario of place I'd love to stay.
But this is not my home.
This is not where I belong.

Yes, I am fascinated by the magic,
Of these computers, cyborg, electronic;
Thrilled by the luxury
By this new home offered to me.

Still, I miss to walk in the mossy ground;
The gentle breeze as I roam the land.
I miss the radiant sun that shines down.
I long to rest on your tranquil side now.

Now I am caught in the middle,
Trapped in a dilemma.
Should I go or should I not?
Should I stay or just go home and find my way?
